1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the InkCulture LLP website, mobile application, or any other services provided by InkCulture LLP (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use1 the Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

InkCulture LLP reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

3.2 Intellectual Property

All content included on the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is the property of InkCulture LLP or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Customers are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, publicly displaying, publicly performing, republishing, downloading, storing, or transmitting any of the material on3 our Services without the prior written consent of InkCulture LLP. Specifically, all designs and logos displayed on the site are the sole intellectual property of InkCulture LLP and may not be copied or used without express permission.

InkCulture LLP reserves all rights not expressly granted.

Users who provide their own designs for customization represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary licenses and permissions to use those designs. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless InkCulture LLP from any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from the use of user-provided designs. InkCulture LLP reserves the right to refuse to print any designs that it believes may infringe on the rights of others.

4. Product Information and Customization

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their submitted designs and text do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks. InkCulture LLP reserves the right to refuse any customization that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or infringing.

Color matching on customized prints may vary slightly from digital designs due to printing processes. InkCulture LLP will make every effort to provide accurate representations, but cannot guarantee exact color matches.

Placement and sizing of printed designs may vary slightly from digital mockups. InkCulture LLP will strive to maintain design integrity.

To ensure the longevity of printed designs, customers are advised to follow specific care instructions, such as washing garments in cold water, inside out, and avoiding harsh detergents or bleach. Tumble drying on low heat or air drying is recommended.

Certain fabrics may require special care. Please refer to the care label provided with your garment.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing size charts and selecting the correct size when placing an order. Due to the customized nature of our products, InkCulture LLP does not offer exchanges or returns for items based on incorrect size selection.

7. Limitation of Liability

InkCulture LLP strives to provide high-quality customized clothing. However, we rely on third-party vendors for the supply of our base garments. Therefore, InkCulture LLP shall not be held liable for any defects or inconsistencies in the base garments that are directly attributable to the vendor's manufacturing processes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InkCulture LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use4 our Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless5 InkCulture LLP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees,6 arising out of or in connection with:

Your use of the Services.

Your violation of these7 Terms.

Any user-generated content you provide, including any claims of intellectual property infringement.

Any claims related to incorrect size selection or customer errors in the design process.

Any claims related to the designs provided by the customer.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and specifically the laws of the state of Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Payment Information

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking,9 and UPI. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay's platform. InkCulture LLP is not responsible for any issues or errors related to Razorpay's payment processing.
